Job Overview

This role involves welcoming guests into the Fire and Ice experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking people into Fire and Ice
• Explaining the facilities and enhancing the guest experience
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety
• Assisting with housekeeping duties

Hours of Work

The position requires 24 hours per week, typically on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays, with shifts from 9 am to 5.30 pm.

Salary

The on-target earning potential ranges from £11.47 to £12.03 hourly, consisting of a base hourly rate and estimated gratuities.

About You

While previous experience in a leisure environment is not required, customer service experience and adaptability in fast-paced settings are beneficial. Ideal candidates should possess:
