Assistant Store Manager

Footasylum is hiring for an to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Newport. There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum believes in Footasylum's front-end retail staff.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. This includes overseeing employees, modelling effective leadership, and providing excellent customer service. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will carry out their duties, helping you to develop the skills needed for advancement to this position.

About you:
- Passion for Fashion Retail and Footasylum's company ethos
- Previous experience in Fashion Retail
- Managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage, motivate, and train a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient, highly organized, and customer-focused
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion retail industry

Footasylum used Peak's Customer AI to create a predicted customer view of people most likely to be engaged with, and be in the market for, Footasylum's products. These customer segment profiles are then used to target lookalike audiences via social media in order to acquire new customers to the Footasylum brand.
