Outcomes First Group is looking for an experienced Assistant SENCO to join Outcomes First Group's team at The Greater Horseshoe School in Heathfield, Devon.

About the role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Model and endorse an inclusive learning experience.
• Assist in overseeing SEN implementation across the school.
• Deputise in the absence of the SENCO.
• Provide support and guidance to colleagues.
• Write and monitor key SEN documents.
• Attend training specific to the SENCO role.
• Support the school’s vision and ethos.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding individual pupils.
• Work with the therapy team for multi-disciplinary provision.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in an SEN environment.
• SENCO qualification.
