Advice Session Supervisor

Citizens Advice Hounslow is a well-established charity operating in the London Borough of Hounslow, a vibrant, multicultural borough where Citizens Advice have been supporting over 15,000 clients a year. Citizens Advice have a wonderful team of volunteers and staff committed to doing their best for anyone in need of Citizens Advice's help.

About the Role

Citizens Advice is looking for an additional Advice Session Supervisor to join Citizens Advice's team and increase Citizens Advice's capacity to:

• Supervise advice sessions, e.g., drop-in sessions, face-to-face appointments
• Supervise advisers working on helplines
• Monitor advisers’ work at the generalist level, checking cases
• Ensure high quality of advice is maintained at all times
• Promote and take up research & campaign work in accordance with the aims and principles of Citizens Advice
• Advise clients and manage own casework if and when required
• Carry out any other duties compatible with the role

Working Conditions

Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Workplace: Hybrid working

Working Pattern: Flexible

Hours per Week: up to 37.5
