About the Position:
The Integrated Adolescent Service is committed to providing tailored support to adolescents and their families. Kent County Council seek a passionate Adolescent Social Work Assistant dedicated to helping young people navigate their challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive support to young people and their families.
- Deliver 1:1 interventions and work with family systems.
- Contribute to assessments and develop support plans.
- Engage with multi-agency professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Facilitate safety planning and link young people with relevant services.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience working with children, young people, and families.
- NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and report writing skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships within a multi-agency environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role ranges from £26,515 to £28,850 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
