Job Summary: As an Assistant Underwriter in the UK Commercial Division, you will support the Commercial Combined product. This is an entry-level position, perfect for those looking to develop their skills in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Capture Risk information.
• Process New and Renewal Business Submissions.
• Attend triage calls, take and distribute minutes and action points.
• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Manage the internal monthly booking process with the Operations team.
• Engage with brokers on daily activities.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

• 1 year industry experience – Not essential.
• Articulate and personable demeanor.
• Basic understanding of Excel and spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to pursue a career in Insurance.
