Job Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients with pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, and complex wound care needs.
- Conduct educational programs for clinicians and patients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide individualized care.
- Undertake triage duties and manage services in the absence of the Lead Tissue Viability Nurse Specialist.
- Monitor standards of care through clinical audits.
- Provide support and mentorship to nursing colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from £37,338 to £44,962, along with opportunities for continued professional development and leadership training.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position. Specific shift patterns will be discussed during the interview.
Education and Experience Requirements
The successful candidate must have experience in managing leg and pressure ulcers, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
