Overview

Arsenal Football Club is looking for a to support Arsenal Football Club's Retail department in this multi-faceted role. You’ll ensure that all product creation and supplier management run seamlessly, supporting Arsenal Football Club's retail growth.

The Role

  • Champion administration: You will proudly lead on Arsenal Football Club's planning systems to support a range of stock planning tasks, including product set up and financial administration.
  • Coordinate sample supplies: You’ll attentively liaise with Arsenal Football Club's suppliers, supporting all angles of administration including sample deliveries, rooms and photoshoots.
  • Oversee stock requests: You will efficiently manage all internal stock requests by monitoring Arsenal Football Club's inbox and liaising with warehouse and internal contacts.
  • Sustain supplier management: You’ll diligently drive the booking and scheduling of supplier meetings and assist with supplier packs as desired by Arsenal Football Club's buying team.
  • Support the store management team: You will enthusiastically assist Arsenal Football Club's store team with product and stock queries as well as supporting stock take planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Arsenal Football Club's club: You’ll actively liaise with other teams when required for any cross-departmental projects as well as analysing competitor pricing for the buying and merchandising team.

  • Proven experience in a similar retail environment: You have substantial administration experience in a retail department or similar area.
  • Dedicated team player: You possess a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate, communicate and delegate to Arsenal Football Club's internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail: You are an analytical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to efficiently problem solve and multi-task.
  • Strong project management skills: You are a natural problem solver with the ability to see things through to completion in a fast learning, challenging environment.
  • Technical administration knowledge: You're a confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.
