Overview

The Business Administrator role is a core part of the Operations team, supporting the needs of an exciting and growing business. This cross-functional position emphasizes financial management and communication with clients, local authorities, and clinical teams.

Salary is circa £25k - £30k, dependent on skills and experience, plus employee benefits such as health care, pension, and 25 days holiday. The position is office-based in a beautiful, air-conditioned space in Hampshire, with free on-site parking available.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to client inquiries via email or phone.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain the sales management system.
  • Create and issue detailed quotations for business clients.
  • Manage finance administration including invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Support office management and assist with daily operations.
  • Maintain data integrity within the care management system.
  • Assist the clinical team with scheduling and diary management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with healthcare management software is a plus.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
