Business Administrator Immediate Start

The Business Administrator role is a core part of the Operations team, supporting the needs of an exciting and growing business. This cross-functional position emphasizes financial management and communication with clients, local authorities, and clinical teams.
Salary is circa £25k - £30k, dependent on skills and experience, plus employee benefits such as health care, pension, and 25 days holiday. The position is office-based in a beautiful, air-conditioned space in Hampshire, with free on-site parking available.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to client inquiries via email or phone.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain the sales management system.
- Create and issue detailed quotations for business clients.
- Manage finance administration including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Support office management and assist with daily operations.
- Maintain data integrity within the care management system.
- Assist the clinical team with scheduling and diary management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with healthcare management software is a plus.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
