Overview

As a member of the bar back team, you'll primarily be responsible for ensuring the bar team receives all the necessary support during busy periods. This includes re-stocking bar supplies and tools essential for the job.

You will also assist the waiting team with the upkeep of the floor, which may involve clearing and cleaning tables, ensuring floors are kept dry, and promptly addressing any spillages or breakages.

Interaction with customers is a key part of this role, and you should be prepared to handle basic inquiries.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build confidence in dealing with the public and possibly evolve into a role as a bartender or waiter.
