Key Responsibilities
- Calling on grocery multiples within your territory area with a particular focus on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship management.
- Ensuring all promotional activity within accounts on your territory is correct, including POS.
- Achieving added value targets, promotional and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account team.
- Ensuring that all stores comply with centrally agreed planograms.
- Compiling and working to journey plans according to appropriate call sequences.
- Field Sales Administration.
- Deliver outstanding premium visibility in store through relationship building and influencing in-store contacts/management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Live on or close to territory.
- Have some experience of working in a customer-facing role.
- Have the ability to build solid customer relationships.
- Have an outgoing, confident personality.
- Demonstrate drive for results, and ambition.
- Demonstrate a drive for owning their own development.
- Be educated to A level or above (Degree level preferred).
- Show good numerical and written skills.
- Have good planning and organization skills.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

Work Environment
This role is field-based around the locations of Brighton & surrounding areas.
