Their mission is simple: to improve people's homes, health, and wellbeing with beautiful, affordable, and expertly designed bathrooms. With a new showroom opening in Walton-on-Thames in January 2025, they are looking for a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to be part of their ambitious plans.
What OnTheBooks're looking for: OnTheBooks seek individuals who are excited by the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and who enjoy a blend of sales and inspiring bathroom designs. Candidates should be target-driven and able to meet quick deadlines, confident in building their own pipeline, and skilled at selling complex solutions while fostering lasting customer relationships.
While experience in selling and designing bathrooms or other home design solutions is ideal, it is not a strict requirement; experience from other industries will also be considered. An interest in architecture, interior design, and home improvement is essential.
The Role: As a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, converting inquiries into profitable sales. Your main responsibility will be to delight customers with beautifully crafted bathroom designs, supported by expert technical and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing rapport with customers to understand their requirements, style, and preferences.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge of OnTheBooks's range and the wider industry.
- Providing support for new project designs and assisting in visualizing concepts using cutting-edge 3D and VR technologies.
- Answering all web calls and converting them into single or multi-channel sales.
- Ensuring profit margins are maintained according to OnTheBooks's pricing policy.
- Identifying trade opportunities and utilizing outbound calls and emails to generate sales opportunities.
- Collecting customer feedback, driving social media reviews, and conducting market research for performance improvement.
Package: The compensation package includes a base salary of £30,000 with OTE of £50,000 - £60,000, alongside various benefits such as:
