ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Bookings & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and conversion of all incoming enquiries and bookings.
- Proactively increase booking enquiries and conversion of private bookings.
- Generate and apply bespoke events.
- Be the key point of contact for all booking enquiries.
- Work to predefined Key Performance Indicators.
- Generate new events and activities via corporate group and guest direct enquiries.
- Coordinate key dates to maximise revenue.
- Sell venue-specific products and packages to customers.
- Build a network of corporate clients for corporate hire and Christmas bookings.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Organised approach to balancing business needs and availability for new contacts.
- Proven track record in face-to-face sales and effective use of digital platforms.
- Knowledge of outreach and lead generating activities.
- Ability to understand KPIs and proactive lead generation.
