ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Bookings & Events Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and conversion of all incoming enquiries and bookings.

• Proactively increase booking enquiries and conversion of private bookings.
• Generate and apply bespoke events.
• Be the key point of contact for all booking enquiries.
• Work to predefined Key Performance Indicators.
• Generate new events and activities via corporate group and guest direct enquiries.
• Coordinate key dates to maximise revenue.
• Sell venue-specific products and packages to customers.
• Build a network of corporate clients for corporate hire and Christmas bookings.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Organised approach to balancing business needs and availability for new contacts.
• Proven track record in face-to-face sales and effective use of digital platforms.
• Knowledge of outreach and lead generating activities.
• Ability to understand KPIs and proactive lead generation.
