BQP (Part of Pilgrim’s Europe) is seeking a passionate individual to join Pilgrim's Europe's Breeder Fields Team. This opportunity allows you to be part of a leading agricultural business located in East Anglia. A full driving license is required for this role.

BQP is the largest pig producer in the UK, collaborating with over 350 partnership farmers to supply high welfare, quality pork products to premium markets. Role Overview

As a Fields Person, you will support Pilgrim's Europe's partnership farmers in producing piglets for Pilgrim's Europe's Outdoor Bred high welfare farms, ensuring quality products reach Pilgrim's Europe's premium retail customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with farmers to enhance herd health, welfare, and production efficiency.
• Engaging new farmers to supply Pilgrim's Europe's leading business.
• Collaborating with colleagues across various departments to drive operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for individuals with experience working with farmers in outdoor pig breeding production or recent graduates passionate about high welfare pig production. Essential qualifications include:

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A full driver's license.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in agriculture.
