Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor food production and ensure quality standards are met
  • Coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
