Callooh Callay Chelsea is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join Callooh Callay Chelsea's vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for Callooh Callay Chelsea's guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Assist with food service as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, employing basic maths skills for till operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
• A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
