Bank General Assistant

Overview

As a general assistant/kitchen porter, you will work under the supervision and guidance of the chefs as well as your team leader.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cleaning
• Packing chilled and frozen foods to order
• Stock rotation
• Lidding and labelling foods
• Decanting frozen foods such as vegetables
• Moving meal trolleys to ward level and loading the regeneration oven
• Preparation of chilled foods

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly pay is £12.08.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
