BIM Information Manager

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished BIM Information Manager to join one of the UK's successful gold value-added resellers of industry software, IT hardware, infrastructure, consultancy, and data service solutions.

The position is based in Coventry, with a remote flexible working option available. This role requires a passionate individual who is customer-focused and eager to learn about the construction industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Developing, implementing, and supporting BIM Documentation, Processes and Protocols.
• Running Information Management projects for various clients.
• Using Revit for modelling and Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection.
• Exporting & federating COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.
• Supporting business development with technical qualification and effective presentations.
• Delivering solutions directly to clients to achieve satisfaction.
• Assisting in marketing collateral development across social media.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Information Manager or BIM Manager role.
• Proficiency in Revit, Solibri, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
• An ideal background in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• Ability to attend and lead client meetings.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
