Duties

• Provide a range of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, tailored to meet individual client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and tools to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hairstyles and grooming.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide clients with contemporary services.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• A customer service-oriented mindset is crucial for creating a positive experience for all clients.
• Familiarity with various hair types and styles will be advantageous in catering to diverse clientele.
• A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.
