North Kent Business Support Team - Dartford Gravesend and Swanley Business Support Team - Administration Officer
This is an exciting role for a motivated person working as an integral part of the North Kent Business Support Team. Kent County Council is looking for an Administration Officer to provide support to busy teams of Adult Social Care practitioners.
You will be working within the Business Support Team, which is essential to the Adult Social Care team in North Kent. Administration Officers are the first point of contact for members of the public and handle a variety of administrative tasks. You will need to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, effectively communicating with the people Kent County Council support, their representatives, and other professionals by phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Maintain and monitor office systems, including inputting, updating, modifying, and retrieving data on Kent County Council's Mosaic and Power-BI systems.
- Prioritize work and demonstrate flexibility in a busy environment.
- Take minutes for various professional meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, possess excellent communication skills, and be computer literate.
