Role Overview

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the store management team, sharing responsibility for various key areas throughout the store and deputizing for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader in their absence. You will:

• Be a key-holder, often opening or closing the store
• Ensure store standards are second to none and that the store is safe and legal
• Motivate the customer service team to provide a professional, friendly and enthusiastic service
• Lead by example on food preparation, service, food safety, stock management, and customer service

Qualifications

While previous supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food-to-go, would be an advantage, Scotmid Food welcome anyone with great customer service and teamwork skills.

Requirements

To comply with alcohol licensing legislation, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
