Branch Supervisor Immediate Start

Role Overview: As a Branch Supervisor based in Merton, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with daily operations.
• Building rapport with customers & suppliers and responding to queries.
• Serving customers on the trade counter and providing product advice.
• Conducting general warehouse duties including goods in & out, picking, packing, and merchandising.

Working Hours: This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, with overtime pay.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and lead in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers.
