Overview

As the Business Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing operational and administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Dress Trimmings Investments's growing property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the company.
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Implement and streamline processes to optimise workflow and productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of business support initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Examine the effectiveness of the organisation’s procedures, systems and methods.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the formulation of budgets and resource allocation plans to support business objectives.
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Address and resolve issues raised by Directors or other stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse property data to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the budget.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Business Support Officer or in a similar role.
  • Minimum A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
