As a vital part of The Crow Tavern's hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to The Crow Tavern's patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-stocked and operational.
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for accurate billing.
• Manage time effectively to maintain service flow during busy periods.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the hospitality sector is not essential but a positive attitude and enthusiasm are key as full training will be provided.
• Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
