Role Responsibilities

As a Branch Supervisor, you will:

• Share responsibility across key areas of the store
• Deputise for the Store Manager and Senior Team Leader when needed
• Open and close the store as a key-holder
• Ensure top-notch store standards, safety, and legal compliance
• Lead the customer service team to provide exceptional service

Qualifications

While supervisory experience in retail, particularly in grocery or food to go, is advantageous, Scotmid Food value great customer service and teamwork skills.

Age Requirement

Applicants must be aged 18 or over to comply with alcohol licensing legislation.
