Lifeways SIL is looking for caring, honest, and innovative individuals to join Lifeways SIL's dedicated team of Bank Recovery Support colleagues to engage positively with Lifeways SIL's clients in Lifeways SIL's 'Enhanced Community Recovery' supported living service.

Hours are flexible, allowing you to choose what suits you based on the rota. Shifts include:

• Days
• Night shifts
• Weekends
• Evenings
• Lone working

There is also an opportunity to work in neighbouring schemes in the surrounding area.

About you, about the role:

You may already have experience providing care to those with mental health needs, though full training will be provided for recovery-focused support.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with good IT skills. An NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is advantageous, but Lifeways SIL will support you in obtaining this.
