Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly and escorting them to their tables
• Presenting menus and providing detailed information when requested
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Serving food and beverages promptly
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Processing payments accurately

Skills:

• Experience in a restaurant setting is essential
• Knowledge of bartending procedures is advantageous
• Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
• Understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent time management abilities
• Willingness to assist team members as needed
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.41 - £14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
