Team Members under 21 will be paid at £1.00 per hour less, which is significantly above National Minimum Wage guidelines for this age group.

Day to Day Responsibilities for Care Assistant:
- You will join Jasmine Healthcare's team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide the highest possible levels of care in supporting and assisting Jasmine Healthcare's residents in all aspects of daily living, including providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
- You will be responsible for promoting Jasmine Healthcare's resident’s independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- You will complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
- Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
Essential Requirements for Care Assistant:
- Willing to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
- A good reason or experience that has drawn them to care.
- Live within 30 minutes of the Home.
Preferred Requirements for Care Assistant:
- One years’ experience of working in a residential or nursing home.
- Level 2 Health & Social Care or above.
