Position: Care Assistant

Location: Richmond Villages Wood Norton, Evesham Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4TY

Salary: £12.00 per hour with a £500 welcome bonus

Shift Patterns: Full or part-time, 12-hour shifts (days 08:00-20:00 or nights 20:00-08:00), including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care.
• Supporting residents with varying requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Collaborating with the nursing team in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
