Overview
Here at Wates, Wates have an exciting opportunity for a Complaints Administrator to join Wates's Living Space Responsive Maintenance team. Ideally, you will be based near Brixton as this is where the office is; however, Wates can offer hybrid working for this role.
As a Complaints Administrator, you will handle the full administration process and provide ongoing customer support for the team and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for residents and clients, resolving issues.
- Booking repairs for engineers and tradespeople.
- Managing and developing multiple project trackers.
- Maintaining frequent contact with site management to update job statuses.
- Creating and maintaining various data streams in-house systems.
- Providing first-line support for inquiries and complaints.
- Overall administration duties as required.
Wates seek a confident communicator, proficient in Excel and trackers, preferably with experience in construction, social housing, or maintenance. Experience in complaints, planning, and logistics is advantageous.
