Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Advisor to join Stellantis & You's team. This position is ideal for a passionate individual looking to advance their career in a premium automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of Stellantis & You's digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell additional services based on the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback through follow-up contact.

Additional Responsibilities

• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding repairs.
• Inform customers about progress and any additional work needed.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.

Pay and Benefits

Base salary of up to £28,000 with a competitive bonus OTE of £33,000.
