About The Role:

Cornerstone Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Cornerstone Healthcare's award-winning team at Marula Lodge. Cornerstone Healthcare provide high-quality services to 42 residents across four specialized units, supporting individuals with complex care needs. Cornerstone Healthcare's focus is on personalized care, addressing each resident's unique challenges.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Care within the UK (essential).
• Experience with adults presenting complex needs.
• Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and families.
• Caring and empathetic approach.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Working Hours:

You will enjoy a balanced 7 out of 14 day working pattern:

• Week A: 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 07.45 to 19.45.
• Week B: 4 days - Monday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday: 07.45 to 19.45.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting daily living activities.
• Monitoring resident progress and reporting changes.
• Helping residents maintain independence.
• Respecting residents' rights and dignity.
• Effective communication with staff and team members.
