Overview

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you will be an essential part of Lidl's team, contributing to maintaining high standards within the store day and night. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Precisely unpack deliveries during the night on weekdays and weekends.
  • Ensure all access areas are clear for Lidl's drivers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
  • Organise specific areas for promotions and special offers.
  • Independently carry out regular freshness checks and ensure stock is fully rotated.

Pay and Benefits

Your competitive salary will be based on equal opportunity and pay structures. You can expect:

  • £13.65 - £14.00 per hour
  • An extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays.
  • £3.50 per hour for night shifts.

Shift and Schedule
