Charnwood Community Care is currently looking to employ individuals who feel they have what it takes to make a positive difference to someone's life.

Charnwood Community Care is a family-run company with a new approach to care. Charnwood Community Care don’t believe ‘one size fits all’ and so Charnwood Community Care spend time getting to know Charnwood Community Care's clients' needs and wants before their package of care begins.

Charnwood Community Care's aim is to put the adults Charnwood Community Care support in control of their care.

About You:

You may have experience in adult social care or you may not – Most things can be taught!

Charnwood Community Care is interested in the type of person you are! Life experience, common sense, compassion, and understanding are some of the qualities Charnwood Community Care value at Charnwood Community Care, and they can’t be taught!

Clear communicators are a must! The people Charnwood Community Care support require clear and easily understood communication to build and maintain strong relationships to best support their care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.50 - £13.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

• DBS (preferred)
