About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable individuals in maintaining their independence and well-being by providing personal care, household assistance, and companionship. This is a meaningful opportunity to bring comfort and dignity to those in need, with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements:

• No prior qualifications required – training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable and flexible approach to work.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required.

Benefits:

• £11.55 - £18.00 per hour (Enhanced rates for Level 2 qualifications).
• Premium pay for Christmas Day shifts.
• Flexible hours to fit your schedule – full-time, part-time, or weekend shifts available.
• Mileage paid at 40p per mile and paid travel time.
• Free DBS check, uniform, safety kit, and PPE.
• Ongoing accredited training.

Shift Patterns:

• Flexible shifts available, including weekend-only options (16 hours maximum).
