As a Lidl Customer Assistant, you will engage with customers in a dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same. Your role involves a variety of tasks including:
- Providing expert assistance to customers with inquiries and requests.
- Efficiently managing store deliveries as they arrive.
- Delivering excellent customer service with passion.
- Maintaining the bakery by ensuring it is stocked with fresh goods.
- Expertly merchandising and managing Non-Food product aisles.
Your contributions will ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and organized, while providing exceptional service to every customer.
Pay and Benefits
You will receive a competitive hourly pay rate, with additional benefits including:
- £2.00 per hour for bank holidays.
- £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
