Customer Assistant

Overview

Welcome to Gravitee Golf!

Gravitee Golf is currently looking for a Customer Assistant to join Gravitee Golf's growing adventure golf team for Gravitee Golf's busy weekend shifts. This position offers 5 to 10 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours during school holidays and bank holidays.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team and your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service in a face-to-face environment.
• Communicating effectively with customers of all ages, from small children to groups of adults.
• Working collaboratively as a team player while also demonstrating initiative.
• Exhibiting a strong, confident, and friendly personality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay for this position ranges from £7.00 to £11.44 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Schedule

This role requires weekend availability and may also include working during holidays.

Work Location

This position requires you to work in person at Gravitee Golf's location in the Ozone Leisure Park, opposite the Kassam Stadium.
