Position Summary
Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is excited to announce a part-time Customer Services Advisor vacancy within Peaks & Plains Housing Trust's fantastic Customer Experience team. This role is integral in delivering a first-class service to Peaks & Plains Housing Trust's residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle various customer enquiries including repairs, rents, anti-social behaviour, and investment works.
- Provide support via calls, emails, and live chats, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Demonstrate resilience and confidence in handling different types of queries.
Work Pattern
Monday: 11:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:45 AM - 2:30 PM
Thursday & Friday: Full days either 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 45-minute lunch break.
