About the role

As a TradePoint Customer Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent service to B&Q's TradePoint members. You will engage, listen, and recommend the right products and services to help B&Q's customers improve their homes. Your main responsibility will be to deal with trade members daily, taking ownership of their needs and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with TradePoint members to understand their business and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by building relationships with customers.
  • Promote trade loyalty schemes and ensure customers receive great value.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adapt to various situations and be flexible with working hours.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building.
  • Ability to recognize new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to continuously develop skills through training.
  • Flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
