Care Assistant

Overview

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. Please note: As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when Barchester Healthcare need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary.

Qualifications

Essential

• Experience of caring for older people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach.
