Alanda’s is a local, family owned business with multiple locations including Alanda's Scottish Seafood Grill's permanent mobile street food unit located on the stunning Longniddry beachfront, just 20 minutes outside of Edinburgh. The area is easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop right outside and a train station only 5 minutes away, alongside on-site parking availability.

Job Role Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders using the till.
• Making up customer orders efficiently.
• Preparing hot drinks (barista training provided).
• General cleaning and organization of the unit.
• Replenishing stock throughout the day.
• Working as a team, multitasking, and utilizing initiative.

Alanda’s regularly participates in various events throughout the year, offering ample opportunities for career growth within the company.

Schedule and Shifts

• 8 hour shifts.
• Every weekend required.
• Availability during holidays.
• Weekend availability essential.
