Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Activities: Engage potential donors through face-to-face interactions, effectively communicating the mission of the organization.
• Donor Outreach: Identify and approach potential donors at pre-booked sites and community events, building strong relationships with existing supporters.
• Fundraising Campaigns: Participate in daily fundraising campaigns and collaborate with the team to develop compelling outreach materials.
• Target Achievement: Set and monitor daily fundraising targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
• Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to all relevant laws and ethical standards in fundraising practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fundraising or sales is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Passion for the organization’s mission.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-based pay structure, with earnings of £50 to £100 paid daily, depending on performance.
