Responsibilities

As Commis Chef, you will:

• Prepare and assist in creating the finest dishes using local produce.
• Work directly under the Chef de Partie.
• Assist the team in your section, ensuring the highest standards of product.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop your products and knowledge.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
• Food Hygiene Certifications
• Good written and spoken English
• A flexible attitude
• Restaurant or Hotel Background
• Good Communication skills
• Good Team Player
• A real passion for the industry and an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
