Responsibilities

• Preparing and assisting in creating the finest dishes using local produce.
• Working directly under the Chef de Partie.
• Assisting the team in your section to ensure the highest standards of product.
• Collaborating with the Senior team members to develop your products and your own knowledge.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
• Food Hygiene Certifications
• Good written and spoken English
• A flexible attitude
• Restaurant or Hotel Background
• Good Communication skills
• Good Team Player
• A real passion for the Industry & an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
