The Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Commis Chef or the passion and drive to learn from the beginning
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)
- A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
