About the role:

Being a Community Carer is rewarding. You will:

• Provide personal care and support in clients' homes.
• Administer medication as per care plans.
• Ensure documentation is maintained.
• Support clients to remain independent.
• Receive support from a passionate office team.

About you:

No experience required; just a kind, caring nature. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.
