About the Role & Team

As a Client Consultant, your main responsibility will be delivering high-standard training to schools through various mediums.

What you’ll do:

• Hold comprehensive knowledge of Compass Education's product suite.
• Deliver training via video calls, webinars, and face-to-face sessions.
• Maintain training collateral, including scripts and guides.
• Work with the product team to develop new training materials.
• Identify upsell opportunities for additional modules.

Operational Duties:

• Communicate with the Customer Success Manager regarding training schedules.
• Manage the training diary for new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the Support Team to identify training needs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Experience in educational settings is highly regarded.

Location: Ideally located in the East Midlands but open to applicants from anywhere in the UK.
