Community Caretaker

Hyde is looking to recruit a Community Caretaker on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of residential blocks and community assets to identify maintenance issues.
• Perform basic repairs, including replacing light bulbs and fixing minor leaks.
• Report major maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, including hallways and common rooms.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum as necessary.
• Clean windows and surfaces regularly.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in customer service.
• Physically fit and able to use equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
