Overview

Role: Candidate Recruitment Consultant (SEN Education)

Your Background: Sales, estate agent, medical/care/education recruitment.

Field: SEN Education - recruiting for schools, AP, councils.

Location: Loughton, Essex, 2 min from Loughton Tube Station.

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri).

Salary: £25k - £60k (1st Year OTE), 2nd Year £100k OTE, negotiable, dependent on experience.

Useful experience: If you have done commercial sales or recruitment.

This is a sales role, and you must be outgoing and confident on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Matching candidates to available roles.
• Finding suitable staff for Active SEN's array of clients.
• Formatting CVs and writing professional emails.
• Using Active SEN's IT systems to maximize your work.
• Teamwork – no working from home.
• All parts of the Recruitment Consultant role, full cycle.
• Answering complex payroll questions.
• Negotiating with Active SEN's clientele.
