As a Custody Compliance & Serious Incident Co-ordinator at the Home Office, you will play a crucial role in the National Command and Control Unit (NCCU). This position is integral to supporting the enforcement of immigration laws in the UK. You will report to the Senior Officer and work effectively to enhance the Serious Incident Notification (SIN) review capability.
About the Job
The NCCU serves as the first point of contact for UK Police Forces in identifying immigration offenders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working independently to maintain custody compliance referrals.
- Creating performance reports using various data sets.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responding flexibly to business demands.
- Processing and evaluating data in relation to serious incidents.
- Potential travel for training and meetings.

Essential Criteria:

- Familiarity with data extraction tools like Power BI.
